Yes. Products are made out of durable stoneware clay and fired at high temperatures ensuring every product has a very low porosity; less than 1%. Thanks to this, the pottery is resistant to water when it's being washed, even in a dishwasher. Despite that, to keep your products as shiny as new it is recommended to hand wash ceramic products. The dishwasher can make products less shiny due to the detergent used, which may leave a residue or with time dull the surface.

Yes. Porosity of the products is very low, less than 1%. Ceramics with such a low porosity rate can be safely used in a microwave. None of the products, unless specifically marked, are embellished with metal or lead-glazed and therefore can be safely put in the microwave.

The type of clay used is stoneware. All glazes used are specifically food safe glazes; laboratory tested and certified for contact with food.
