Cup Honeycomb is a handmade cup for your morning espresso or cappuccino. The cup is wheel thrown, made out of high quality stoneware clay and fired twice at very high temperatures, which makes it perfectly ready for daily use. Due to the nature of the production process, each and every piece is unique and may vary in size for up to 0.5 millimetres.
Cup Honeycomb is glazed with a glossy glaze, pleasant to the eye and to the touch. The flowing down glaze creates the effect as if honey was running down the cup while creating multicolour gleam. Inside of the cup is glazed in a creamy matte glaze. The bottom of the cup is unglazed.
Due to the nature of the production process, each and every piece is unique and may vary in size for up to 0.5 mm.

When will I receive my products?

Is the item dishwasher safe ?
Yes. Proudcts are made out of stoneware clay and fired at high temperatures s ensuring every product has a very low porosity; less than 1%. Thanks to this the pottery is resistant to water when it's being washed, even in a dishwasher.
Is the item microwave safe?
Yes. Porosity of the products is very low, less than 1%. Ceramics with such a low porosity rate can be safely used in a microwave. None of the products, unless specifically marked, are embellished with metal or lead-glazed and therefore can be safely put in the microwave.
What materials are used in production process?
The type of clay used is stoneware. All glazes used are specifically food safe glazes.
